What this means for your family

Wynscape is highly regarded for its physical therapy and clean environment, making it a strong candidate for post-surgical rehab. However, families should be aware of reports regarding slow call-light response times and administrative communication gaps; we recommend asking specifically about their staffing ratios during evening and weekend shifts.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing staff and physical therapy staff are responsive to requests for information and are helpful at the drop of a hat. Very impressed with kindness of staff and friendliness when I enter in the building.

Professional partner/visitor · 2023★★★★★

This is the cleanest medical facility I have ever seen. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly each day by cheerful ladies.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

When a resident presses the call button for assistance, it shouldn't take 30-45 minuets to get a response. The person I knew that was there for rehab suffered Urinary incontinence after surgery, and was left in their adult Depends so consistently that it caused a urinary tract infection.

3deficiencies
Well below state avg (12.0)
3 complaint-triggered

This facility shows concerning patterns with families filing complaints about safety hazards and restraint use. The most recurring issues involve accident prevention and safety supervision (cited three times, including twice from complaints), medication management problems, and drug labeling errors. While all deficiencies were reportedly corrected, the repeated safety violations and complaint-triggered citations suggest ongoing operational challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
