If you select “Use my location,” your browser may provide precise coordinates so we can return nearby results.

2.3 Information Stored in Your Browser

The saved-facilities feature stores facility identifiers in your browser's local storage. That list stays on the device and browser where you created it unless you choose to email it, clear it, or your browser removes the stored data. When you add or remove an item, our analytics may record the facility identifier and saved-list size as an interaction event; the complete locally stored list is sent to us only if you use a feature that submits it, such as email shortlist.

2.4 Information We Do Not Request

We do not ask you to submit health information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or protected health information (PHI). Please do not include that information in a free-text form. EveryPlace is an informational tool — not a healthcare provider or HIPAA covered entity.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Analyze usage patterns and trends to enhance user experience

• Send a shortlist or email update you request
• Monitor and prevent technical issues

5. Third-Party Services

The Site uses the following third-party services:

• Mapbox: For interactive maps, static maps, and location autocomplete. Mapbox may receive technical request information and the location text entered for autocomplete in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: For database and object storage, content delivery, DDoS protection, and hosting. Cloudflare may collect limited technical data as described in their privacy policy.
• Google Analytics: For measuring visits and interactions with the Site. Google Analytics may receive device, browser, IP-derived, page-view, and interaction information and may set analytics cookies, as described in Google's privacy policy.
• Google Maps Platform: For Google Street View exterior imagery on some facility pages. Requests for that imagery may send technical request information to Google under its privacy policy.
• Resend: For delivering transactional messages and email subscriptions you request, and for routing administrative notices about contact and data-inquiry submissions. Resend processes message content and delivery metadata under its privacy policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies to measure Site usage. The saved-facilities feature uses local storage as described above. You can delete cookies and local storage or restrict them through your browser settings; doing so may reset analytics state or remove your saved list.

We do not use the Site to serve targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal information for advertising.

7. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), secure database hosting, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain server logs and analytics according to our operational needs and provider settings. Contact and data-inquiry records are kept as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Email-subscription records are kept while the subscription is active and may be retained afterward as needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Locally saved facility identifiers remain in your browser until you or the browser remove them.
