What this means for your family

Recent reviews suggest a positive shift in management and facility culture, particularly regarding resident engagement and administrative support. However, given historical reports of communication failures during medical crises, we strongly advise you to ask for a written policy on how the facility notifies families of health changes and to visit during evening hours to observe staffing levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

The only problem is that there are not near enough good aides to go in tandem with the amazing ones. There are only amazing and average aides. To make it worse, the average aides all basically work the 2 to 11 shift so it is hard to get anything done well after 2pm.

Long-term resident's family · 2017★★★☆☆

I was referred to Michelle (the BOM) at Windsor Hills for some general guidance by an administrator at another nursing home. I was given high praises about how wonderful & willing she is helping people navigate through the DHS, Health Department and healthcare system.

Prospective family member · 2025★★★★★

I came in for rehab after back surgery. After a rough start first night, administration fixed all problems after which care was excellent!
