Key Review Excerpts

Patients screaming for help, nurses not responding to people needing help. My mother in law was stuck in the bathroom for about 2 hours needing help and no one cared.

Memory care family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The lack of care is inexcusable. Our experience was short-lived due to the absence of nurses and others who simply did not respond to request for timely help with baths, dinning, needed trips to the bathroom and more.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

They now have dialysis services too which is so difficult to find. Excellent care and customer service. Great communication
