Key Review Excerpts

My dad wasn't even there 24 hours and is back at the hospital. They let my dad fall and hit his head after my fa.ily and I told them REPEATEDLY that he needs a call light, bed alarm and rails on his bed.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

They took care of my partner through his last days, in hospice, and did a fabulous job. They not only took care of him, but they took care of me as well.

Hospice family member · 2023★★★★

My dad was treated good. The first 2-3 months was adjusting to him being there. I got angry a lot because I wanted someone with him 24/7. But I realized it’s a job to a majority of the staff and yes I encountered hateful and rude ones - but I also found love and kindness through most of them !

This facility has serious recurring protection issues, with multiple complaint-triggered deficiencies showing families have reported concerns about resident safety, care planning, and resident rights. The most concerning pattern involves repeated failures to protect residents from abuse and neglect, appearing in complaints from 2024 through 2025, alongside ongoing problems with care planning and resident rights. While the facility reports corrections, the persistence of protection failures across recent years warrants careful consideration before placement.
