“The nursing staff and aides were very attentive to her needs. Nursing manager Kushie Rana is a gem. Kushie continued to call with updates and personally checked in on mom, sat with mom when needed and ordered special meals.”
“Call bell response times are well over the 7 minute standard- in fact an hour or more is typical. The meals are not nutritious or healthful and consist of chicken nuggets, French fries, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc.”
