Key Review Excerpts

The staff, especially the therapists, were knowledgeable, caring, and patient. They all helped her to progress to the point where she could go home.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My mother was in the Munroe Unit for nearly 8 years with Alzheimer’s. The staff was absolutely amazing. She had pretty much the same caregivers during that entire time and they treated her with dignity and kindness.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

When she used the call button for pain meds or for help getting to the bathroom, she was either ignored or made to wait sometimes over an hour for a response. They are considerably understaffed and are rude and condescending to patients.
