What this means for your family

While the facility is praised for its cleanliness and meal quality, the recurring reports of patient falls and medication management issues in the rehab wing are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend asking for their specific fall-prevention protocols and how they manage communication with families during medical emergencies.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff is friendly, caring & hard-working; the facility is clean, odor-free & organized; the meals are tasty & fresh (definitely not your typical hospital food).

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The 1st 2 days he had no rehab and by the end of the next week, he had fallen 4 times. We found out after checking him out that he was being given a narcotic to help calm him...it turned out that rehab couldn't even wake him up to work with him.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

She was there for rehab. Didn't bathe her for two days. She had blood in her feces and nobody did anything until we called.
