Key Review Excerpts

My mother relocated from San Antonio, TX to Westminster. Every staff member hit it out of the park in terms of how they handled this long distance transition.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The nurses and therapists at Westminster Village Healthcare and Rehab really impressed me with their caring help, words of encouragement... and their willingness to serve and minister to the needs of a very weak Covid Pneumonia patient.

Rehab patient · 2021★★★★★

They forced her to use the restroom in a brief, claimed she couldnt walk (which is a lie). She was in their care for 4 weeks and came home with open bed sore.

This facility shows a concerning pattern of recurring deficiencies across multiple care areas, with families filing three complaints that triggered additional inspections.
