Key Review Excerpts

FACILITY IS FILTHY, BED BUGS IN ASSISTED LIVING, NO HEAT ON CERTAIN UNITS, SHOWER ROOM IS BROKEN, NO STAFF, RESIDENTS LEFT IN URINE FOR HOURS, HORRIBLE HIGHER UPS

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

Please do not put your loved one in this place. It’s filthy. Dirty and old floor finish in nearly every door jam and corner. Stained ceiling tiles (indicates a leak in the ceiling)

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Nursing staff was good . It was the management they don’t care!!! Took them forever to get anything done . No one took charge when there was a problem they all passed the buck.
