What this means for your family

While the therapy team at Tuscany Village is frequently praised for their dedication, the facility suffers from severe, recurring issues with basic patient care and responsiveness. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits during weekends and evenings to observe staffing levels and hygiene standards before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother was transferred here after weeks in the hospital. They didn’t give her oxygen like they were supposed to. They painfully shoved medication in her mouth. They refused to come aid her when she was asking for help.

Grandchild of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

The skilled nursing side took pride in there work but once she went to long term care side it has been a disaster from them not giving her a bath or even changing her clothes for multiple days with dried up food on them when she had multiple new clothes.

Child of resident · 2024★★☆☆☆

My sister is left unattended except for meal delivery til bedtime. And recently she was assaulted by a aid verbally and physically. I recently learned this aid is still on staff with facility, suspended but still able to return.

Sibling of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆
