Key Review Excerpts

The staff at the Lakes, the PA, the cooks, aids, nurses -- they truly loved our mother and took fabulous care of her. I'm convinced that Aaron and Kayla are some of the most wonderful and loving people on the planet.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

We were accepted there for respite care for my mother w dementia. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. She got locked out and she supposedly fell in the bathroom- her entire face is black and blue both eyes swollen shut. No one even called to notify me.

Memory care family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Mother, (on hospice care) has been treated with such wonderful compassion and care. Administration has been amazing also. Judy Jay, the administrator really cares, not just flowered up words. The facility is well staffed and clean.
