Key Review Excerpts

My grandma had heart surgery & they didn’t even know why she was I. There after trying to pressure us to put her there longterm. She was there two weeks & no one gave her a shower & only time she would move is physical therapy.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

My mother was there short term for subacute rehab post stroke, and during her stay there she complained that they’d take at least half an hour or more to respond to her calls and then tells her to wait while they help another resident.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

We were very impressed with the care my Mom received at Laurels during her 2 1/2 weeks of rehab. Literally every staff member was considerate, gentle, and extremely kind to our Mother. Our rehab goals were more than met, to our delight.
