What this means for your family

While Saint Mary Home is noted for its clean environment and effective rehab therapy, the frequency of reports regarding medical neglect and severe understaffing is concerning. Key Review Excerpts

The majority of the staff mistreated my husband. Because of Covid, I wasn't allowed to visit him the first two weeks. I requested a telephone call from the house doctor 3 times. He never returned my calls.

Long-term resident's family · 2021★★☆☆☆

The staff at St Mary's are awesome and emotionally encouraging. Only thing if I was to say is a concern would be that as long as it took for the Drs. To diagnose conditions as they come up. Waiting for relief for pain and infection like c-diff colitis took my mom over a week to be diagnosed and treated.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The people who were good at their jobs were wonderful. The ones who were not (and that was the majority) were lazy, inattentive, could not follow simple instructions, and obviously did not want to be working there.
