What this means for your family

While the facility is widely praised for its cleanliness and dedicated staff, the serious allegations regarding medication errors and neglect are concerning. We strongly recommend that families conduct unannounced visits, monitor medication administration closely, and maintain frequent, direct communication with the nursing supervisor rather than relying solely on administrative staff.

My sister Nilsa Baez who was Only 65yrs old and healthy other than the early onset Alzheimer’s unfortunately expired in this place 30 days ago. During her 1 1/2 yrs as a patient here she suffered tremendously. She was dropped, abused and neglected.
