What this means for your family
While the administrative and social services teams are frequently praised for their dedication, families should be aware of significant, recurring reports regarding slow response times for call lights and hygiene concerns. Key Review Excerpts
“The social services team is outstanding ( specifically Ianna & Davisha) They go above and beyond, not only for each individual Resident but for their peers as well.”
“My Aunt was in the nursing home due to an injury and she waited 12 hrs before getting her pain meds and it was suppose to be 6hrs. Not to mention when I went there to visit her she waited 7 1/2 hrs when it should of been 6hrs.”
“My brother was admitted to The Parc in December 2024 with Parkinson for physical therapy. By April 2025, we discovered he acquired a bed sore on his buttocks. Staff there got him dressed everyday and would literally let him sit in the lunch/TV room all day in a wheelchair without changing him.”
