Key Review Excerpts

The nurses were helpful and the therapist work directly for Life Care Center of Westlake so they were available every day, the same people, which made my therapy go much more smoothly and efficiently.

Rehab patient · 2018★★★★★

My mother has been a patient in the memory unit for 2 years. Many of the aides and some of the nurses have been excellent. Administration however has been terrible! There is never enough staff, good staff is let go and they retain staff they shouldn't.

Memory care family member · 2018★★☆☆☆
