What this means for your family

This facility offers impressive physical and speech therapy that can significantly aid in post-surgical recovery. However, families must be extremely vigilant regarding daily hygiene and call light responsiveness, as there is a documented pattern of residents being left in soiled conditions or waiting hours for assistance.

Families seeking rehabilitation services may find the physical and speech therapy departments to be a significant strength, with many reviewers praising their effectiveness. However, there are serious and recurring reports of neglect, specifically regarding unresponsive call lights, delayed hygiene care, and inadequate monitoring of skin integrity. While some long-term residents receive compassionate care, others have reported severe issues including untreated bedsores and inconsistent staffing.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff does a great job, the therapists are amazing, especially the speech therapist. She is trying to learn Polish just so she can better communicate with my mom ❤️

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My friend was just here for rehab. Phenomenal people, can’t figure out these bad reviews. When he came in he could barely walk on his own he was so weak, from laying on his back in the hospital. But after a week he started walking a little and within a few weeks he was back to his old squirrelly self!

Rehab patient's friend · 2024★★★★★

My father is now fighting for his life due to a bedsore that he got at the facility during a rehab stint. The bedsore was a direct result of negligent care and leaving him in a soiled diaper.
