Key Review Excerpts

My dad was so well taken care of during his nearly four years there! His last days were spent with people who cared for him and about him. At that time, he was immobile and couldn't speak, but he was always clean and dry, and they made sure his legs were positioned so he wouldn't get bedsores.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

My father requires a feeding machine, no one on site knew how the machine operated. I had to fix the machine myself while the on staff nurse was watching you tube videos to figure out why it was not functioning.

Resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

They let the residents rome around even though for example my husband having memory and confusion problems. Not sure they even looked. When it was time for him to come home half of his clothes were missing.
