Key Review Excerpts

The staff at Dyer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center are great...they take good care of the patients ....and I thank them for taking good care of my sister.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Do not trust them with your loved one if in need of life saving medication. Check their State of Indiana audit - mismanagement of medication. They caused my mother to go into seizure by not giving her the required seizure medication.

Family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

Everything seèms clean. No bad smell. Rooms clean but nurses at their stations don't seem to know answers to questions... I pressed it multiple times for more water, no one came!
