Dwyer Rehab failed my mother. She was in there for rehab, which the rehab department is great however, she had a few nursing issues which the nursing department ignored and she ended up in the hospital!!

Left several messages for the administrator Dianna to set up a tour of the short term rehab facility. Did not receive any return calls so we went in to see about getting information and a tour. We were told that she was too busy and wouldn’t be able to do it till Monday.
