Key Review Excerpts

Critical to my situation was Physical and Occupation Therapy. I believe I got best possible at Cypress Garden. I credit my quick recovery from a fractured hip to Peter who runs PT/OT, and especially to my therapists, Francisco and Margo.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★★

The administrative staff and facilities on the other hand are poor. The bed my mother was sleeping in looks fit for a prison, not a senior with aches and pains. They held a meeting with the family which was useless as I nor my mother could get a question or word in.

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

I am writing this review as the designated medical proxy for my aunt... Given her complex, vulnerable condition, the level of neglect and lack of professional communication we have experienced is shocking and unacceptable.
