Key Review Excerpts

Absolutely fantastic dementia unit. My grandpa has lived here for 20 years and this home has most certainly exceeded our expectations.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The facilities are super old and rundown. The lights don’t even work and it smells constantly of feces. I would not want my elderly family members to stay here.

Visitor · 2026☆☆☆☆

My Mother was at Claridge until she past away and they gave her very wonderful care but I did'nt appreciate the admin because they collected my mother's Social Security checks from me for months... Claridge suddenly stopped taking my calls and now I am being charged with the monies and Claridge received payment twice.

Families have filed multiple complaints about abuse protection and safety hazards, with persistent deficiencies in these areas appearing across recent surveys. The facility has struggled most with protecting residents from abuse and neglect, accident prevention, and nutrition/dietary services. While all violations show correction dates, the recurring pattern of complaint-triggered investigations regarding resident safety and the facility's response to alleged abuse incidents warrants careful consideration during any visit.
