Cambridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has undergone significant recent changes, including a facility remodel and new management, which have led to a surge of positive reviews praising the updated environment and staff dedication. However, historical and some recent negative feedback highlights serious concerns regarding inconsistent care, hygiene issues such as pests, and occasional staff unprofessionalism. Families should weigh the recent improvements against these recurring reports of poor communication and neglect.

Key Review Excerpts

Facility just underwent a huge remodel, new ownership, and is no longer the old Cambridge! Excellent care provided, tenured staff, great therapy team!

Family member · 2024★★★★★

I am a hospice nurse and took care of one of these residents at the end of life. I was impressed with the good skin care he/she had been given. He/she (I'd rather not specify) was very thin but had no skin breakdown whatsoever!

Hospice nurse · 2022★★★★★

I've been told about this place from a family friend that use to stay there . Please stay away there's a certain cna who work evenings shifts that yells and loose his patience with residents . Ive been told he throw things etc which is terrible .
