What this means for your family

Mayfair Manor's rehabilitation team is frequently praised for helping patients regain independence, making it a potential candidate for short-term recovery. However, families must be vigilant regarding oversight; please specifically ask about call-button response times and security protocols for personal belongings, as these are recurring concerns in recent feedback.

Mayfair Manor receives highly polarized feedback, with many families praising the rehabilitation therapy team and the compassionate care provided by nursing staff. However, a significant number of critical reviews highlight severe concerns regarding neglect, slow response times for call buttons, theft of personal property, and poor facility maintenance. Families considering this facility should be aware of the stark contrast between the positive rehab experiences and the reports of inconsistent oversight and unprofessional management.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff at Mayfair Manor are wonderful people. The patients and their families are treated well.

General visitor · 2025★★★★★

My Mom recently went here for inpatient rehab after breaking her hip. She was there less than a week. They had not had her out of bed the whole 5 or so days she was there. No therapy was attempted and she ended up with Pneumonia and back in the hospital.

Memory care family member · 2024★★★★★

If you push the help button You can count on it taking them atleast 2 hours. Especially if you're room number is in the 200s!
