Key Review Excerpts

My sister went into Belhaven walking and without any skin breakdown..She left with a stage 4 bed sore and is unable to walk.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The entire building smells like urine. Patients belongings are lost. The dementia patients are treated terrible with lack of hygiene care, unbalanced meals and poorly maintained facilities.

Family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

I requested that she not come back to my room but she still continued to come back she apologized. There were times the staff would not respond to my call light. I would hear people crying out for help and no one would come.
