What this means for your family

While many families report excellent, compassionate care, there is a recurring pattern of understaffing and hygiene issues that cannot be ignored. When touring, we strongly recommend asking for a specific plan on how they ensure timely response to call lights and how they maintain room cleanliness, as these are the most frequent points of failure mentioned by residents' families.

4 complaint-triggered

This facility has had families file complaints that triggered federal investigations, including concerns about abuse reporting and medication management. The most recurring problem areas are medication management, resident rights communication, and quality of care issues like respiratory care and mobility assistance. While the facility has corrected past deficiencies, the pattern of complaints and the breadth of issues across multiple care areas suggest families should carefully evaluate current conditions during visits.
