What this means for your family

While many families report positive experiences with the therapy team and facility cleanliness, the recurring reports of neglect and slow response times are critical red flags. If you choose this facility, we strongly recommend visiting during off-hours and weekends to verify staffing levels, and maintaining a daily presence to ensure your loved one's basic hygiene and care needs are being met.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is always clean, organized and inviting. My mom enjoys the variety of activities they offer and social events. The activities director and team are angels on earth!

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

I was diagnosed with brain cancer and put here to get well... one night shift they left me laying on the bed naked and wet all night. I am unable to Walk. This is the kind of place this is so if you care for your loved ones, please go somewhere else.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

The aides couldn't clean someone because there weren't wipes or washcloths. I even heard a patient say she hopes she doesn't pee too much because they don't have any diapers left.
