Westgate Center for Rehab & Alzheimers Care is highly regarded by families for its dedicated, compassionate staff who are frequently described as treating residents like family. While the facility is an older building, recent updates to flooring and general maintenance are noted, though some reviewers acknowledge that the physical space has inherent limitations for specialized dementia care. Key Review Excerpts

The facility is an old nursing home which is being nicely freshened up. However it still has limitations in terms of space and amenities that facilities built specifically for people with dementia should have. I must say I am amazed at how much a great staff can make up for those limitations.

Memory care family member · 2023★★★★★

The staff were caring and very attentive to his needs . Physical, occupational and speech therapy worked with my father to prepare him to go home safely. Social services were fantastic and organized an array of rehab services for home care to continue the progress he made at Westgate.

Rehab patient's family · 2024★★★★★

Both of my grandparents are/were residents here. My grandfathers wedding ring was stolen at the facility shortly before he died. My grandmother’s priceless jewelry has also been stolen at this facility.
