What this means for your family

This facility offers a strong therapy department and engaging activities, which many families find beneficial for short-term rehab. However, the recurring, serious reports of poor hygiene and slow response times to patient needs are significant red flags. We strongly recommend visiting in person to observe the cleanliness of the halls and checking the facility's most recent state inspection reports before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapists are equally impressive, providing personalized and effective rehab that helped our loved one make noticeable progress.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

My dad is severely disabled, has been since I was 4 years old. My father fell on Sunday. He was told by a nurse that he would 'stay on the floor unless he got in bed.' Absolutely not okay.

Family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

The rooms and dining rooms are beyond filthy. Most rooms don’t have privacy curtains and the ones that do are stained with feces and food.
