Key Review Excerpts
“My sister has been at Waters of Hobart 3 years. All the staff are outstanding. Amanda, Robin, Heather, April, and aides, activities director & staff. I can’t say enough. So attentive to my sister & everyone.”
“The only reason for 2 stars is because of the therapy staff, they were fantastic. The facility itself was subpar. Most of the staff was nice when they decided to answer the call button. I was sent home without my main medications because the nurse did not pack my meds but passed it off to someone else.”
“My husband fell on the floor and trying to pick his self up had a bowel movement and the people stood at the door and watched him just get covered in poop. One of the girls says to him...you better not get that on my shoes!”
