What this means for your family

While the facility offers strong physical therapy and some residents report very positive experiences, the recurring reports of pest issues and neglect are significant red flags. If you consider this facility, conduct an unannounced visit to check the cleanliness of the rooms and ask management directly about their pest control protocols and staff-to-patient ratios.

Key Review Excerpts

My father has been to ever physical rehab in the area for the last 20 years since he has been in a wheelchair and this place is amazing it is the cleanest facility and the staff treats the patients as there are family

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

I tried to make it work for my handicapped husband—I set up room to make it more comfortable, I sprayed for bugs, I talked to staff about troubling issues. I appreciated their efforts UNTIL an aide rolled my husband off the bed.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My Aunt was placed in this facility in October for rehab. There was an allegation of abuse towards my aunt that a CNA threw her in the bed and hurt her ankle. There was another instance where my aunt called for assistance to be changed and she was left soiled for several hours sitting in her own feces.
