Key Review Excerpts

The facility is also very under staffed. A nurse was always difficult to locate. I would not recommend Walnut Creek.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father cannot feed or care for himself and should be on the 2 hour check schedule. That is not happening. He has bed sores and has fallen out of his bed due to trying to shift off of the pain from the sores.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The care and communication has been excellent. The nurses and aides are patient, kind and care about the residents. A nurse named Beth consistently goes above and beyond for my dad and family.
