What this means for your family

Bethany Village offers a high-quality environment for independent living, but families considering rehab or skilled nursing should exercise extreme caution. Multiple reviewers have reported critical issues with understaffing, poor hygiene, and unresponsive management. We strongly recommend visiting in person during off-hours to observe staffing levels and asking specifically about their infection control protocols before committing.

Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the size of the campus, what specific steps does management take to ensure consistent communication with families regarding their loved one's daily care?
  • 2I noticed the facility has a very active social calendar; how do you ensure residents in nursing care are consistently supported and encouraged to participate in these events?

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was a recent patient here. She fell and broke her hip and was sent here after her hospital stay. While there her wound got infected, she got covid and was quarantined for 10 days. She got very little PT, and quite a few of the nurses acted put upon when questioned about her case.

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

I don’t fully agree with management and the way they run this place sometimes because 50 residents with one nurse is a bit ridiculous but the night shift team on woodview is AWESOME!!!!

Agency nurse · 2026★★★☆☆

My poor mother has been stuck in there since 2020 and I mean “stuck”. They refuse to acknowledge my POA over her healthcare and therefore my sister who placed her there is in charge. I try calling her and all they can tell me she is not always answering her calls.
