What this means for your family

While the therapy department is frequently praised for helping patients regain independence, the facility has significant, recurring issues with basic care, hygiene, and call-light response times. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present frequently to monitor medication administration and hygiene, as communication regarding patient health status appears to be a major weakness.

Key Review Excerpts

The therapy team is phenomenal- they got her up and moving, continuously encouraging her and building her confidence back up to walk again on her own and get her independence back.

Rehab patient's family · 2025★★★★★

The staff started leaving biohazard bags full of soiled materials in the corner. I come to check on my grandpa and he's unresponsive. Clearly acting strangely and differently from his baseline. No one reached out or let us know he was acting strangely.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

Everyone at this facility was great to work with. We only had one issue with a new nurse who decided it was OK to overrule a POA on care. The director Mallory listened and took swift action.
