What this means for your family

This facility offers a strong rehabilitation and activities program that many residents enjoy. However, the recurring reports of delayed response times and medication errors are critical concerns; we strongly recommend that families conduct unannounced visits and ensure a clear plan for medical oversight is in place before admission.

Key Review Excerpts

As a current resident there are always the positive and negative about everything. I came here for rehabilitation and have had amazing care with the therapy team. As time has gone bye the staff has made me feel like family especially the activities team, they go over and beyond to make everything inclusive for everyone.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★

I have been here for 2 1/2 years and will be leaving in a month. My stay here has been absolutely wonderful. Carrilon has had there ups and downs but they really try hard to ensure they don’t happen again.

Long-term resident · 2025★★★★★

My brother was in this place for rehabilitation 10 days later he was sent to hospice where he passed at the age of 50. When he entered hospice the doctor said he was very malnourished, he has pressure sores on his feet and ear ( his ear had to be bandaged)
