What this means for your family

While some families report positive experiences with short-term rehab, the recurring, high-severity reports of medical neglect and medication errors are deeply concerning. If you consider this facility, we strongly advise you to conduct unannounced visits, specifically during weekends or evening shifts, to observe staffing levels and response times firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

Patients are left to lay in soiled sheets and clothes. No routine check ups. Colostomy bag was changed then bandages were changed with the same pair of dirty gloves.

Family member · 2017☆☆☆☆

My dad had the beginings of dementia which got worse very quickly while there. My dad had been taking an opiod pain reliever for over 15 years... the doctor and nursing staff thought at 85 years old that this would be a great time to just completely stop giving him this med.

Family member · 2022☆☆☆☆

My sister was there for rehabilitation and was hours away from death by the time we got her to the hospital. She had asked for 2 days to be sent to the hospital and they refused.
