“I took my son to Game Farm park in Auburn Wa. While we’re there we seen a male patient with one of the caregivers (caregivers name is Bernard). We were only there for about 30 minutes because the patient kept exposing himself to urinate on the trail and on the playground. When I confronted Bernard for allowing the patient to continue to do this (he would just stand there and watch him or would look over quickly and go back on his phone) he told me that the patient would get very violent and phys”
