Key Review Excerpts

Andrecia (manager), Ashley(site coordinator), and Scott (site maintenance), are all truly exceptional people. Their compassion for tenants, professionalism and work ethic are second to none.

Long-term resident · 2025★★★★★

The property is supposed to be "controlled access" but there are holes cut in the fence by the homeless occupants of a nearby encampment which abuts next to the railroad tracks. The trains are a HUGE nuisance with the noise, fumes and constant idling airbrake releases.

Resident · 2026☆☆☆☆

I've sent emails to APM with no response, and I've left 3 voicemails with the property manager with zero response! I can't deal with one of the leasing agents in the office anymore!
