Key Review Excerpts

The first thing I noticed when I went to go check the place out was how clean it was and how it felt more like a resort than a rehab center.

Memory care family member · 2025★★★★★

The only caution I would make is you need to understand this is not and I repeat not, a nursing home or hospital so specific attention that may be needed will generally only be provided if it’s asked for.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My Dad needed help getting to tge bathroom and used his call button. 30min later no one had come and I went to find help. He was trying to get up on his own, and if I had not been visiting I'm sure he would have had a fall.

3 complaint-triggered

Thrive of Lisle shows recurring deficiencies across multiple surveys, with families filing complaint reports that triggered investigations into resident rights and care quality issues. The facility has persistent problems in three main areas: fire safety systems (alarms, sprinklers, smoke barriers), quality of care (respiratory care, IV fluids, wound care), and infection control programs. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations in fire safety and care delivery across 2023-2025 suggests ongoing compliance challenges.
