Key Review Excerpts

My mother was in this facility from January 13th to January 22nd with medicine mismanagement and communication issues with staff from day one. From January 23rd until February 3rd, basic care and medication mismanagement caused issues severe enough for her surgeon to admit her to the hospital for wound care.

Memory care family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

Every day when I’d visit my mom, she was soaked through to the sheets with urine. There would be evidence of someone being in the room recently, (food had been delivered by the cna, meds were just given etc) and no one checks the brief or bedding.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The therapy department is top-notch. They encourage you to do your best and applaud your successes. The puppies are an added bonus. The problem is the management of the facility.
