What this means for your family

This facility is highly rated for short-term rehab and activities, but families should be extremely cautious regarding long-term care. Given the serious allegations of neglect and poor hygiene, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced tour of the facility and speaking directly with current residents' families before making a decision.

Rehab patient · 2023★★★★★

My grandfather got sent here for some rehab, came in being able to walk and now he’s bed bound. The have a CNA they REFUSE to fire that’s abusing residents, a nurse overdosed him on insulin 3 times.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The walls are yellow and cracked the paint is chipped on dressers ceilings and walls, the room fits 2 people in a room in a very small room. The rooms are messy and dosent feel very clean. It smells, it's dirty, it's small. There's flies everywhere.
