What this means for your family

While some families report excellent rehab outcomes and high-quality dining, the facility has faced serious allegations regarding equipment shortages in memory care and inconsistent staffing. When touring, specifically ask how the facility manages Hoyer lift availability for memory care residents and observe how quickly staff respond to call lights during your visit.

Key Review Excerpts

This facility put people requiring a hoyer lift on the memory care unit with my family member and don’t even have a hoyer lift for the hallway. They have to wait until the main floor is done with all of their patients before they can even get to use one.

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

In my experience this facility is sorely under staffed and patients are left waiting for some times 30mins or more. Call lights are not answered in order of need, or any order period.

General visitor · 2018☆☆☆☆

An excellent facility for both short and long-stay residents. Nursing and therapy are outstanding - dietary is one of the best in any skilled nursing facility.
