Key Review Excerpts

My mom was here for a little over a week, from day one when she pushed her button for assistance it was rare that it took less than 15 minutes for someone to come help her. There was a time when she waited 2 hours needing to use the restroom.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The food was so poor that after wrestling with on-site management for 2.5 years my mom finally decided to move out. All budgets have been cut including house keeping for the residents.

Long-term resident's family · 2021☆☆☆☆

He received no oral care or bathing. We are from out of state and before we arrived we could not speak or get calls back from the nursing staff on his condition.
