Key Review Excerpts

The nurses don’t care and the facility was run down. My mom went to recover after surgery and my sister had to bust her out of that place.

Rehab patient's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

The day staff is amazing. The overnight and weekends are HORRIBLE. I am so upset. I've tried my.best to not make a full complaint that might affect someone's job and livelihood- but this is my loved one.

Long-term resident's family · 2022☆☆☆☆

The therapy was fine but the nurse and and staff would walk by her door ignoring her calls for help for something as simple as to be helped to bed or to be moved over or something that dont take much effort to do.

1 complaint-triggered

This facility shows recurring problems with food safety and dietary services across all three surveys, along with persistent issues in resident rights and care planning. Families filed at least one complaint that triggered an inspection regarding safe and comfortable living conditions. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the repeated food safety violations and broad range of care issues spanning nutrition, infection control, and daily care assistance suggest ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully evaluate.
