Key Review Excerpts

My grandmother was supposed to have an IV drip of her antibiotics 3 times a day to fight her life threatening staff infection. It was 3:30 pm and she hadn’t had one dose of her medicine yet! The staff when confronted said they couldn’t find the medication!

Grandchild of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

The staff was great and the physical therapy folks were very helpful. The only issue u had was the meals. Needs to vary them a bit more.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

Smelled the inside of the building before I walked in. No one is willing to help ever. I can't even say the hold times are ridiculous, because you get placed on a hold and they hang up.

Family member · 2019☆☆☆☆
