What this means for your family

Key Review Excerpts

The CNA’s are the true front line — always moving, attentive, and compassionate. Communication from the discharge team is outstanding, guiding patients and families every step of the way and making sure everyone feels protected and prepared.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

The PT side of things was an exercise in frustration. To start things off, their records "supposedly" showed my wife had 1 broken leg instead of 2 broken legs, and a broken hand, although nursing had it right?????

Rehab patient's spouse · 2024★★☆☆☆

My only complaint is about Tina from the Administration. She was abrupt, rude, did not answer my questions, (didn’t even listen to my questions or let me finish a sentence!!), said she’d come back after making copies and she never returned.
