What this means for your family

StoryPoint Birmingham offers a beautiful, activity-rich environment that many families find comforting. However, given the serious reports regarding dietary safety and staffing consistency, we strongly advise families to verify the facility's current protocols for managing medical dietary restrictions and to observe staffing levels during off-peak hours before committing.

Key Review Excerpts

My mother is still Getting served gluten food to the point where it is currently sending her to the hospital. Stop candy coating this situation and let’s come up with some real solutions.

Resident's family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

The physical environment of Story Point of Birmingham is lovely … but its the People at StoryPoint that add to its beauty… the beauty of how they care for their residents!

Resident's family member · 2024★★★★★

I've been very disappointed lately. The Administrator Maggie, the Memory Care Dir. Delores, the nurse Nahima, the stellar Med-tech Dana, the Activities Dir. Jamie & even the Chef Lamar (to name a few) have all been terminated or conveniently "resigned" since the time I brought my loved one there.
