Questions for Your Tour

  • 1Given the recent focus on enhancing communication, what is the best way for our family to stay in touch with the nursing team regarding my loved one's daily progress?
  • 2I noticed the facility has a strong reputation for physical and occupational therapy; how do you integrate these sessions into a resident's daily schedule to ensure they stay active?

Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT was perfect and helped my mother back on her feet and back at home. Facility was always clean and had great features like the dining hall and Internet cafe.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

I’ve had one good nurse named Briana . They run out of at least one of my medications daily, one nurse .. didn’t flush my picc line , put the same cap on It’s supposed to be changed after each infusion and picked a pill off the floor and gave it to me.

Rehab patient · 2026☆☆☆☆

I would never go back or refer anyone to go there. I was discharged without having confirmed home care. Waiting for anyone after pulling the care string would take a hour and to get pain medication took up to 3 1/2 hrs on a few occasions.
