What this means for your family

Stonehenge of Ogden is highly regarded for its physical therapy department, making it a strong candidate for post-surgical rehab. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding slow response times for call lights and inconsistent food quality. We recommend visiting during off-hours to observe staff responsiveness and asking specifically about their process for handling patient requests and dietary needs.

Key Review Excerpts

The physical therapy and housekeeping is great. The nursing staff is unprofessional and rude. They were careless when working with a patient. Gave husband expired medication and brought him the medication several times.

Spouse of patient · 2020☆☆☆☆

My grandmother is in this HORRIBLE place! They leave either leave her in the bathroom for 20 plus minutes until she can't sit stand to sit there with a spiral fracture in her hip and she tries to get up herself and fell or the they make her wait an hour after she pushes the call button to take her to the bathroom!

Grandchild of resident · 2018☆☆☆☆

My wife received excellent care for rehabilitation of her back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As someone who worked in healthcare for over 30 years I was very attuned to excellent care. I would say Stonehenge is one of those facilities you can totally trust and receive excellent care.
